The brisket sliders were AWESOME!!! So juicy and the steamed bun with a little crunch just made them perfection. Daughter got the chicken tenders and fries and loved them! The staff was super friendly and came out of the truck to check on us to make sure we enjoyed everything.

Amazing, fast and friendly customer service! We had the mild wings and parm fries. The chicken was cooked to perfection! Crispy skin and juicy inside! The fries had a great amount of parm as well. Can’t wait to try more food from this trick!

Landed in Dallas for a work trip; super hungry after an early flight - found this place and drove 30 minutes out of my way all on a hunch. Had the sliders and shrimp tacos back to back and left very satisfied. The owner is very enthusiastic and clearly passionate about what he does... great vibes. Highly recommend.

I opted for their food truck at the Dallas Truck Yard and was not intending to get bbq. So I didn’t. I got the Baja Shrimp Tacos. The shrimp are breaded in a tasty breading and it was fantastic, best fried shrimp ever. I will say I give this rating with the shrimp being perhaps on the edge of getting overcooked if any longer. Maybe they know something about making a tasty crunchy package the best ever. The breading was with warm spices, not close to hot. It was topped with a Cole slaw worthy of any. I will definitely get them again. I also got the elite corn. They treat it more with cheese than cream, but still top it with a cream sauce. Very good unless you are addicted to the very wet version or love the extra calories. I will not hesitate to try their other food as my desire sees fit.

A really great menu. Their sliders and Mac and Cheese bites are a hit. All electronic order processing and "ready buzzers" keep the line moving. Super nice guys, great service. You'll love it too!

Met the owner at an event with his food truck. Him and his team provided excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I recommend the brisket sliders over everything, as the meat is tender and filled with flavor, the bun is a beautiful balance of soft and crunchy, and the cheese and sauce that run down your face will have you smiling as you wish you could try everything. I also had the pleasure of enjoying their Mac n cheese bites, which are fried to order and have just a slight kick but nevertheless a good one. So, if you're looking for good food made by good people, then Freshnez is the place to be! Huge shoutout to Stephen, the owner, for making my day, he knows how to make a customer for life.

The gentleman running the truck was so warm and inviting. He had the best attitude I’ve seen of anyone in a while. He explained that if we didn’t like the food to tell him and he would refund us. Let me tell you, this food was AMAZING! I got the chicken tenders and fries and my mind was blown with the flavor. I highly recommend a visit to this place. The owner will leave you feeling happier and with a full stomach . Has to be one of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered!

We ordered sliders and wings from Stephen and Tyler and they were fantastic! Went with friends that ordered from other trucks and everyone agreed that the food from Freshnez was the best! Stephen and Tyler were so friendly, too!! 100% recommend if you see this truck to buy your food from here!
